CONSTITUTION: A hydroelectric system using waste water and waste heat and a water supplying and heating system using solar heat comprise an ozonizer(4), an ozone minute mixer(5), an ozone nano oxidation tub(6), a hydraulic power generator(7), a generator(10), an electric heater(11), a heat exchanger(16), a solar collector(50), a heater pump condenser(17), a heater pump evaporation heat exchanger(40), an expansion valve(20), a pressure sensor(30), a compressor(Cm), a hot water tank(60), pumps(Pa,Pb,Pc,Pd,Pe,Pf), a control sensor(Ca,Cb,Cc,Cd), an operation valve(Va,Vb,Vc,Vd,Ve,Vf), an automatic check valve(Ja,Jb), and an automatic control device(70). The ozonizer reproduces waste water. The ozone minute mixer minutely mixes the ozone. The ozone nano oxidation tub oxidizes and sterilizes suspended materials. The electric heater raises the heat exchanger temperature. The solar collector supplements the heat exchanger temperature. The heater pump evaporation heat exchanger raises the heater pump evaporation efficiency by using the waste heat. The compressor compresses the gas of the heater pump. The automatic check valve prevents the back flow of the water pressure power generator. The automatic control device operates hot water supply and heating.
