PURPOSE: A heat cooking appliances and an assembling method thereof are provided to facilitate assembly by temporarily fixing a control assembly on a base plate through a temporal fixing member and directly fixing a control assembly on the top plate. CONSTITUTION: A heat cooking appliances comprises a base plate(100), a heating part(120), a control assembly(160), and a top plate(200). The heating part is installed inside the base plate. The control assembly is installed inside the base plate. The top plate is coupled with the base plate and forms the outer appearance of the upper portion.
