SOLUTION-TYPE PREPARATION CONTAINING AZELASTINE

PURPOSE: A liquid formulation containing azelastine as an active ingredient is provided to solubilize azelastine, improve dissolution rate, and enhance storage stability for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A transparent liquid composition containing azelastin contains azelastine; medium of polyethyleneglycol, propyleneglycol or triacetin; and recrystallization inhibitor. The recrystallization inhibitor is polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The polyvinylpyrrolidone is contained 0.2-10 weight parts based on azelastine. The medium is containe d50-150 weight parts based on azelastine. The composition contains dimethyl isosorbide. The soft capsule or hard capsule contains azelastin-containing transparent liquid composition.
