PURPOSE: A manufacturing technology for a new material textile target is provided to prevent a product from being deformed by all solvents, and to secure semi-permanent service life. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing technology for a new material textile target is as follows: A 2~9mm new material textile target of a fiber panel shape is manufactured using nonwoven fabrics. The nonwoven fabrics are composed of synthetic fiber scraps of 95% and wastes of 5%. The new material textile target is unevenly formed in a molding press.
