<p>PURPOSE: An oven is provided to prevent heat inside a cavity from being emitted to the outside through a nozzle during cooking by positioning the nozzle which is inserted into and drawn out from the cavity. CONSTITUTION: An oven comprises an oven body, an injection nozzle(140), and a fluid supply part(210). An injection nozzle is placed inside a cavity(122). The fluid supply part supplies the fluid to the injection nozzle. The fluid supply part comprises a sump(211), a flow path(217) and a pump(219). The sump is formed on the bottom of the cavity. The sump and the injection nozzle are connected by the flow path. The pump is installed on the flow path and supplies the water of the sump to the injection nozzle.</p> |
