MULTI-HEAD MOUNTED SCRIBING DEVICE, AND TIP HOLDER AUTOMATIC-EXCHANGING SYSTEM

A tip holder (10) is recorded with correction data for denying the offset of a tip, as a two-dimensional code. Provided is a multi-head mounted scribing device including a tip stocker (31), a code reader (32) and a robot (33). When the tip exchange is needed, a desired tip is sought for from the code reader (32) and mounted on a scribe head by the robot (33), and its offset data is inputted for the correction. Thus, the multi-head mounted scribing device having the plural scribe heads mounted with the tip holders can exchange and manage the tips easily. The tip holder can be automatically exchanged to automate the complicated adjusting work accompanying the exchange.
