Disclosed is a compound of Formula 1, or an N-oxide or agriculturally acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is an optionally substituted phenyl or 5- or 6-membered heteroaromatic ring, A is CH2 or NH, W1 and W2 are each O or S, X is selected from X1-X8 as pictured, G is an optionally substituted 5-membered heteroaromatic ring or a 5-membered saturated or partially saturated heterocyclic ring, Q is NQaQb, and wherein the rest of the substituents are as described in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for controlling plant diseases caused by Oomycete fungal plant pathogens. Also disclosed are several intermediates for syntheses of a compound of Formula I, which are compounds of Formulas 2a, 6a, 18, and 5a, wherein the substituents are the same as in Formula 1, except Z10 is Cl, OH, or OC1-4alkyl, Z11 is H or -C(=O)CH2J where J is Cl, Br, or I, and R40 is C1-4alkyl.
