The straps have elastic main bands (2, 3) associated in a dorsal part of the straps in a crossed manner. A front end (3c) of the band (3) is connected to a rear end (2b) of another band (2), and vice versa to form two loops for passage of arm of a carrier (4). One of the loops has an elastic connection band (11) with one end (12) associated to the front end, and another end (13) associated to the rear end. Each loop has a clip (16) slidably mounted between the ends of the connection band. The clip laterally hooks the straps on an edge of a garment e.g. trousers (19).
