PURPOSE: A reinforcement device for a grouting steel pipe and a construction method using the same are provided to prevent a steel pipe from buckling by reinforcing the tensile force and shear force of the steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device for a grouting steel pipe comprises a steel pipe(10), deformed bar holders for reinforcement(20), deformed bars for reinforcement(30), and space projections. Multiple grout injection holes(11) are formed on the outer surface of the steel pipe in a longitudinal direction. The deformed bar holders for reinforcement are inserted on the outer surface of the steel pipe at certain intervals. The deformed bars for reinforcement are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the steel pipe in parallel. The space projections are formed on the outer surface of the steel pipe.
