Subject: protective mattress layer placed between the springs and the surface of mattresses. For greater durability said layer is made of synthetic quilted material (200g/m2 dense), elastics (no 250, 1cm wide) polyester wadding (100gr/m2 dense), andnonwoven polyester fabric (30gr/m2 dense). The composition and density of the protective layer varies as to the case. Problems to be resolved: allergy prevention due to the materials in use; enhanced anatomy of the mattress whereto the layer in question is adapted, reduction of the mattress weight, and durability in every day use. |
