PURPOSE: A system for managing health is provided to measure an exercise method, an exercise amount, a fat amount and a muscle amount suitable for each member in a health club, thereby providing the measured values to each member. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cabinets(100a~100n) comprises an RFID tag and a display unit. The RFID tag stores data of members. The display unit displays information. A server(200) comprises an RFID reader reading data from the RFID tag. The server transmits training information, personal information and a control signal. A plurality of sports machines(300a~300m) are driven according to the information and the control signal received from the server. |
