PURPOSE: A paste wheel is provided to form an electrode formed in a chip as a spot by forming one or more regular grooves. CONSTITUTION: One or more grooves(5) are formed on the circumferential surface of a paste wheel compound(1b) at fixed intervals. The groove is filled with plating liquid. The filled groove contacts the chip. A paste wheel(1) is composed of a rotary metal plate(1a) coupled with a rotary shaft and a compound formed on the circumference of the rotary plate. The compound is formed of the synthetic rubber or the silicon. A hole(7) is formed on the fixed location of the rotary plate.
