PURPOSE: A lock nut is provided to prevent a coil spring from being entered to the inside of the lock nut when the lock nut is loosed. CONSTITUTION: A lock nut comprises a nut body(10) and a coil spring(20). A coupling hole(11) in which a bolt(1) is fitted is formed in the nut body. The coil spring is inserted inside of the coupling hole of the nut body. A screw thread engaged with a screw part(1a) of the bolt is formed in the coupling part. An enlarged diameter part in which the coil spring is inserted is formed on the rear part or a coupling part. A fixing groove(13) in which the rear end of the coil spring is fixed is formed on the rear surface of the nut body. A fixing part(21) inserted to the fixing groove is formed on the rear end of the coil spring.
