PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing reinforcing rings for a septic tank is provided to prevent flying of glass fiber powder harmful for human body by removing a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing reinforcing rings for a septic tank comprises a frame(11), a pair of molds(15) which are installed to rotate on the frame and have bent portions at the junction, a plurality of cylinders which open or close the molds, split rings(22) which are installed at regular intervals on the outer surface of the molds, a connection piece with a closing portion for closing the bent portions of the molds, a drive unit(16) which rotates the molds, a tank in which FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) solution is stored, and a glass fiber feed unit which winds multiple strands of glass fiber passed through the FRP solution around the molds.
