<p>An improved punch cutting tool (120) for punching a slot hole (140) in a unit of a circuitized organic substrate (105), said punch cutting tool (120) comprising a means to stabilise and hold the upper surface of the circuitized organic substrate (105); and a punch cutter (5) wherein the means to stabilise and hold the upper surface just lightly touches the upper surface of the circuitized organic substrate (105) for a slot hole (140) to be punch cut, so that it minimizes the reactive force of the punch cutter (5) on the circuitized organic substrate (105), thereby reducing damage to the circuitized organic substrate (105) such as hair line crack (10), burr (11), chipping and scratches.
