PURPOSE: A coating device of a water tank panel is provided to coat a synthetic resin sheet by supplying electricity to a metal plate and wire net, and to improve adhesion using a roller while injecting a molten resin. CONSTITUTION: A coating device of a water tank panel comprises a metal plate(10), a wire net located at the upper part of the metal plate; a power part for supplying electricity to a metal plate and wire net; a roller for rolling and transferring a molten resin(30) which flows in the wire net and the metal plate coated with the molten resin; and a device for rolling and transferring the molten resin by generating spark and injecting the molten resin.
