PURPOSE: A separating device of environmentally friendly dredging soil and a method thereof are provided to separate the soil easily, and to discharge water and minute clay from the dredging soil while preventing water contamination due to various sludge. CONSTITUTION: A separating device of environmentally friendly dredging soil comprises the following: a centrifuge(10) dividing the soil according to the size of the soil; a discharge pipe(14) discharging the soil of the small volume; a mesh screen device(20) filtering the soil of the predetermined size; a vibrator(30) vibrating a mesh screen; a hopper(40) having a water outlet(42); a screw conveyor(50) transferring the soil to the mesh screen device; a discharge duct(60) connected to the outlet of the mesh screen device; a second conveyor belt(70) transferring the filtered soil; and a first conveyor belt(80) transferring the soil to a rear side of the mesh screen device.
