AUTOMATIC TOOL EXCHANGING SYSTEM OF SPINDLES WITH HIGH-SPEED

PURPOSE: An automatic tool exchanging system of a high-speed spindle is provided to suppress the deformation of a spring due to the high temperature by blocking the direct heat transmission. CONSTITUTION: Compacted air flows in through a port(5) in a chamber(12) separating from the top and bottom. Two pistons(4a,4b) packed with an O-ring(13) has a packing. The pistons keep the regular interval using a draw bar(3) and a spacer(3a) fixed and coupled with a screwnut(3b). A head(17a) of a chuck contacts with an end of the draw bar. A front shaft(2a) prevents the deformation of a mold spring(14). The deformation of the spring due to the high temperature is controlled by blocking the direct heat transmission between the heat member and the mold spring.
