PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to prevent the unnecessary power loss as the reset controlling without a FET. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(20) outputs the load voltage of a secondary side by converting the primary input voltage. A primary side switch integrated circuit(21) applies a switching signal in the primary side of the transformer. A reset control circuit(100) controls the reset action of the primary side switch integrated circuit. The reset control circuit is connected to a feedback input terminal of the primary side switch integrated circuit. The reset control circuit reduces the voltage of the feedback. The reset control circuit comprises a photocoupler(30) in which a transistor(TR) is turned on.
