PURPOSE: An exhaust gas reduction burner and an exhaust gas reduction device including the same are provided to evenly disperse the diesel fuel and air to the inside of a mixing chamber by controlling the flow of air with a metal filter. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas reduction burner comprises a main body(110), an air supply unit(130), a fuel and air spraying unit(140), and an ignition unit(150). The main body is formed as triple-pipe composed of a first pipe(111), a second pipe(112), and a third pipe(113). A mixing chamber(121) in which air and fuel are mixed is formed inside the first pipe. An air flow unit(122) is formed between the first pipe and the second pipe. A mixed air flow unit(123) is formed between the second pipe and the third pipe. An air passing hole(124) connects the mixing chamber and the air flow unit each other. The mixing chamber and the mixed air flow unit are connected by a first mixed air passing path(125) and a second mixed air passing path(126). The air supply unit is formed in the main body to supply air into the air flow unit. The fuel and air spraying unit is formed in the main body to spray fuel and air to the inside of the mixing chamber. The ignition unit forms flame by igniting the fuel and air sprayed through the fuel and air spraying unit. A metal filter(160) is horizontally formed between the fuel and air spraying unit and the first mixed air passing path.
