PURPOSE: An air cleaner is provided to purify contaminated materials and the air with salt and vinegar, and to sterilize and disinfect the air secondarily using ultraviolet rays after purifying the air with a purification device. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner(10) includes a base(20), a tub(30), a housing(40), a purification device, a cover(70), and a controller(80). A power supply device is built in inside the base. The tub has a bottom surface(32), a side(34), and a receiving space(36), and combined on the base. An inlet(48) is formed on the side, and purified water is transferred to the receiving space through the inlet. The inner space is connected to the inlet. The cover is combined on the tub attachably, and includes a side and a suction hole(72). The side of the cover surrounds the side of the housing. The suction hole is formed on the top of the cover.
