END TURN PHASE INSULATOR WITH A LEAD WIRE RESTRAINING TAB AND METHOD OF RESTRAINING LEAD WIRES IN DYNAMOELECTRIC DEVICES

PURPOSE: An end turn phase insulator with a lead wire restraining tab and a method of restraining lead wires in dynamoelectric devices are provided to save manufacturing cost and to minimize a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: An end turn phase insulator(10) comprises an end turn isolation portion(12) separated to in two longitudinal directions. The end turn phase insulator comprises two connection parts(14) and a lead wire binding tap(16). The two connection parts are each other parallel. And end turn isolation portions are connected each other. A rectangle shaped opening(18) expands through the center of the end turn phase insulator. The lead wire binding tap expands from the end turn isolation portions to the outside.
