The device has an excrescence (13) realized by stamping in a very high yield strength steel part (11), where the excrescence is penetrated in an opening (14) realized in a part (12). A wall is inclined perpendicular to the steel part, where the wall make an angle 30 degree perpendicular to the steel part realized by stamping a boron-alloyed tempered steel sheet. The excrescence has ratio between width of the base and end distance moving away from the steel part superior or equal to unity.
