PURPOSE: A composition containing Arisaematis Rhizoma extract is provided to differentiate hair follicle, suppress TGF-B(Transform Growth Factor beta) and prolactin, and increase IGF and placenta lactogen. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains Arisaematis Rhizoma extract. The Arisaematis Rhizoma extract is isolated using water, hydrous or anhydrous alcohol of 1-4 carobon atoms, acetone or chloroform.
