The blind has an occultation web (11) mounted on a roller tube (12) and driven by a drawing rod guided in two guide rails (16, 17). The web is movable along a deployment axis (18) between a folded position and a deployed position. The drawing rod is mounted in the guide rails along a rest axis (21), and is permanently parallel to the rest axis, where the rest axis forms an angle (alpha) different from 90 degrees with the deployment axis. A balancing cable moves in the drawing rod between two guiding elements e.g. deflecting pulleys.
