PURPOSE: A card authorization terminal and a web server connected with card authorization terminals are provided to process the settlement for card payment promptly through a card settlement terminal installed at an offline member shop without a PG(Payment Gateway) company. CONSTITUTION: A settlement request information generating unit(120) generates secondary settlement request information including the amount of payment through an operator based on the card information detected by a card reader. A settlement processing unit(130) transmits the first and second settlement request information to a card approval server, and requests the approval for a card from the card approval server. In addition, settlement processing unit generates the revenue slip according to the response of card approval from the card approval server. |
