PURPOSE: A sterilizing method and an apparatus thereof are provided, which can enhance concentration of germicide when the germicide is separation concentrated. CONSTITUTION: The vaporized hydrogen peroxide liquid of the inside of the sterilization chamber(1) is infiltrated to the inside of an object. The vaporized hydrogen peroxide liquid is condensed. The pressure of the inside of the sterilization chamber is lowered by a vacuum pump(3). The condensed hydrogen peroxide liquid is concentrated. The contact state of the concentrated hydrogen peroxide and the object is maintained. The external air flows into the sterilization chamber and atmospheric pressure is formed.
