Disclosed is a polypeptide which comprises Nef or an immunogenic fragment or derivative thereof, p17 Gag and p24 Gag or immunogenic fragments or derivatives thereof, wherein there is at least one HIV antigen or immunogenic fragment between p17 Gag and p24 Gag, the polypeptide further comprising RT or an immunogenic fragment or derivative thereof, wherein the immunogenic fragments or derivatives remain capable of raising an immune response against the native antigen.
