PURPOSE: A flexible external module is provided to prevent a device from being damaged even though physical force is applied to the external module when the external module is connected to a host device. CONSTITUTION: A communication connection unit(10) is inserted into a communication port of a host device. A circuit unit(40) is connected to the host device to perform a predetermined function. A flexible unit(50) is included between the communication connecting unit and the circuit unit. The flexible unit is electrically connected the communication connecting unit and the circuit unit. The flexible unit comprises a flexible substrate.
