PURPOSE: A soot reduction system for a vehicle is provided to improve the soot reducing efficiency by passing the exhaust gas through whole area of a catalyst filter and to increase the life of a burner unit by preventing the contamination of a nozzle due to the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A soot reduction system for a vehicle is composed of a main body(10), a catalyst filter(20), a burner unit(30), a guide unit(40), and a diffusing plate(60). The main body comprises an exhaust gas inlet(12), an exhaust gas outlet(14), and a burner connection part(16). The catalyst filter collects the particulate soot in the inside of the main body. The burner unit generates the flame into the main body. The guide unit is extended as a conical shape from the inner wall of the main body and to the end of a flame inducing unit(50). Plural through holes is formed on the outer circumference of the guide unit. The diffusing plate is formed to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the main body. The diffusing plate is supported with a first support blade.
