PURPOSE: A ventilation hood-cum-microwave oven is provided to reduce the intake noise by reducing the flow resistance by broadening the suction area and to prevent the smoke from being spread out by inhaling the smoke while an auxiliary intake unit covers a cooker arranged in the lower part of a main body. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation hood-cum-microwave oven(100) is composed of a main body(110), an auxiliary intake unit(120), and a fan unit. The main body is mounted on the upper part of the cooker. A lower intake port(113) is formed in the lower part of the main body. The air is inhaled through the lower intake port. The auxiliary intake unit is connected in the main body and has an auxiliary intake port(121). The fan unit forms the flow of air so that the air is inhaled through at least one of the lower intake port and the auxiliary intake port.
