PURPOSE: A steam oven is provided to easily drain water by extending a drain passage to the lower side of a cavity and to suppress the foreign material from being piled on the inside of the passage by preventing water from remaining the inside of the passage. CONSTITUTION: A steam oven is composed of an oven body(110), a steam generator, a water tank, a water supply valve(157), a residual water drain valve. A cavity(122) is formed in the oven body. The steam generator is formed in the oven body. The steam generator supplies the steam to the cavity. The water tank is connected to the steam generator. The water supply valve opens and closes the outlet of the water tank. The residual water drain valve is installed in the downstream passage of the water supply valve according to the flow direction of the water. The residual water supply valve selectively opens and closes the passage.
