PURPOSE: An output driving device in a semiconductor device is provided to prevent the inflow of the external current through the output terminal and to prevent formation of leaked current pass. CONSTITUTION: The output circuit(50) receives the power supply in the output driving operation. The output terminal is kept with the low impedance state. The data output driving operation is performed. The output circuit receives the power supply in the specific power driving operation. The output terminal is kept with the high impedance state. If the power source is not provided to the output circuit. The leakage interceptor(100) prevents the inflow of current in the output circuit through the output terminal.
