PURPOSE: A cold and warm water purifier is provided to offer convenient functions used for easy usability, and to manage a filter while maintain a clean state of the filter while managing the purifier cleanly and efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A cold and warm water purifier includes a tank part(100), a filter part(400), a discharge part(700), a plurality of flow paths, and a valve. The filter part has four purifying filters and a water softening filter(F5). The tank part includes a water purifying tank(T1), a cooling tank(T2), and a heating tank(T3). The discharge part includes two discharging part(800,900). The flow paths include conduit lines and drain conduit lines. A driving pump is mounted on the rear side of the first valve.
