PURPOSE: A cold and warm water purifier is provided to disinfect and sterilize a water purifying tank, a cooling tank, and a heating tank by operation of a control part or choice of a user, and to increase credibility of filtered water in each tank. CONSTITUTION: A cold and warm water purifier includes a tank part(100), a filter part(400), a discharge part(700), a plurality of flow paths, and valves. The filter part comprises plural purifying filters and a softening filter(F5). The tank part includes a water purifying tank(10), a cooling tank(20), and a heating tank(30). Each tank includes heaters(12,22,32). The discharge part includes two vent holes(800,900). The flow paths includes conduit lines(L1).
