PURPOSE: A fuel pump mounting structure is provided to prevent the leakage and to keep the tightening torque and sealing pressure regular by always mounting a fuel pump on the same position. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pump mounting structure is composed of an inlet part(20), a fixing cap(30), a stop groove(23), and a stop protrusion(33). A flange part(41) of a fuel pump(40) is mounted on the inlet part. A screw part(21) is formed in the outer circumference of the inlet part. The fixing cap has a screw part(31) corresponding to the screw part. The fixing cap is mounted on the inlet part of the fuel tank to fix the fuel tank. The stop groove is formed on the end extended line of a screw groove(22). The stop projection is installed to be inserted/separated to/from the stop groove. The stop projection of the fixing cap is elastically inserted to the stop groove of the inlet part in the mounting operation end to set the mounting position of the fixing cap.
