PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a packing material for a bulk lithium polymer secondary battery is provided to prepare a packing material for a bulk lithium polymer secondary battery with excellent electrolysis resistance and corrosion resistance, easy molding, excellent stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a packing material for a bulk lithium polymer secondary battery comprises the steps of: treating both sides of a barrier layer(14) made of aluminum or alloy to form anticorrosion layer(13) and an electrolyte resistant layer(15); and coating the adhesive layer(12) on the anticorrosion layer and an adhesive resin primer layer(16) on the electrolyte resistant layer through an in-line method, and then adhereing a base layer(11) on the adhesive layer. |
