PURPOSE: A submerged nozzle for a twin roll strip casting apparatus is provided to control the speed of the discharged molten steel by making the discharge area of a long side discharge unit according to location appropriate. CONSTITUTION: A submerged nozzle for a twin roll strip casting apparatus comprises an upper nozzle(3-1), and a lower nozzle(3-2). A path is formed inside the middle of the lower nozzle. Molten steel is supplied through the path. A long side outlet is formed on the lower part of a baffle. The molten steel is supplied to the inside of a sump of a casting roll(1) using the long side outlet.
