PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recycling frame material is provided to ensure high resistance to moisture and improve water proof property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a recycling frame material comprises: a step of spraying, dipping or applying silicate solution to a frame material to absorb and coat; a step of drying coated frame material to have 50 weight% or less of moisture content; a step of spraying, dipping or applying solution containing one or two additives selected from alcohol solvent, ketone solvent, ether solvent, acid, melamin resin and phosphate compound to modify the surface; and a step of drying frame material at room temperature.
