The device has a valve (3) with a seat (2) closed by an independent weighted spring (5), and a piston (6) actuated by a button (10), where the device is in the form of a pen. The valve is opened when a manual pressure is applied on a beveled mouthpiece of the valve, such that wastes are sucked into a receptacle (4) by a solar or battery powered sucker. A deformable seal (8bis) blocks the wastes from returning towards exterior, when a manual support is provided on the button and the piston. The piston has air passage holes (7) closed or opened under an action of the seal.
