PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to prevent the short circuit by leakage from a unit cell due to a simple structure and to be useful as a battery pack for mobile telephone or mobile apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack contains a unit cell and a protection circuit board within a case(11). The case comprises a floor surface(20) and a side wall(21) formed at the end of the floor surface. A first rib formed along the side wall is formed on the floor surface. When the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the protection circuit board is the width direction, the end of the width direction of the protection circuit board is positioned has between the side wall and the first rib. A second rib(24) is interposed between the floor surface and the end of the width direction of the protection circuit board. |
