摘要

PURPOSE: A method for providing language and cultural learning contents through online or offline bidirectional communication to efficiently achieve collective knowledge, a system thereof, a method for evaluating and treating a language and cultural acquisition result, and a portal system for integrating the information about each language and cultural training subjects are provided to perform a customized learning program most proper to the current level and purpose of a learner. CONSTITUTION: A system provides contents through a client-sever based communication network, and all learners and teachers repeat the procedures for the exchange, checking and discussion for the projects proper to them. A service user receives the customized contents that make most efficiencies offline, and the contents are produced in all languages including Korean. The contents are provided regardless of a computing environment of a user.
