PURPOSE: An excavator bucket coated with surface hardening composition material is provided to reduce the weight and to improve the abrasion resistance by thickly welding-coating with carbide based 25chrome abrasion resistant coating composition material. CONSTITUTION: An excavator bucket(10) coated with surface hardening composition material(30) comprises a hardened layer. The hardened layer is formed by coating inside and outside of the bucket with the surface hardening composition material. The surface hardening composition material comprises Cr of 23 ~ 27 weight%, C of 4 ~ 6 weight%, Mn of 1 ~ 2 weight%, Si of 1 ~ 2 weight%, and Fe of 63 ~ 71 weight%. |
