PURPOSE: A system and a method of providing a UCC video translation service are provided to translate and supply the contents of UCC video requested by a subscriber among UCC videos provided to a network. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server(200) requests the translation for a UCC video from a translator based on translation request information inputted form a translation requester. The service providing server adds the translation contents inputted from the translator to the UCC video. The service providing server provides the translation UCC video to the translation requestor, and searches and provides the UCC video or the translated UCC video proper to the request from a service user. |
