PURPOSE: A method and a recording medium for troubleshooting of computer are provided to amend and process the program control menu for curing the malfunction symptom through the selected interface menu. CONSTITUTION: A determined fixing symptom is mapped with the solution corresponding to the selected menu(S220). It is identified whether the designed command automatically operates in the program(S230). If the command automatically operates, performance is processed in the program according to the designed program(S250). If the command does not automatically operate, the execution window and performance indication window are marked on the display device(S240). The performance indication window has the same interface as the execution window. The performance indication window comprises the order processing the execution window.
