PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively eliminate moisture included in an organic film by performing a moisture elimination process through an organic film exposure hole. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a substrate. A color filter(230) is formed on the thin film transistor. An organic film(180q) is formed on a color filter. A pixel electrode(191) is formed on the organic film and is connected to the thin film transistor. An opening is formed on the pixel electrode and the organic film. A partition wall(361) comprises the organic film exposure hole exposing a part of the organic film. The organic light-emitting layer(370) is formed on the pixel electrode and is contacted with the partition wall. The organic film exposure hole is located on the gap.
