PURPOSE: A liquid level control device, a liquid level control method, and a liquid level control system are provided to implement optimal control performance under the condition that an unexpected error exists such as a dead time and a dead zone. CONSTITUTION: A liquid level control system comprises a tank, an inlet, an outlet, and a liquid level control device. The tank stores the liquid. The inlet injects the liquid to the tank. The outlet discharges the liquid to the tank. The liquid level control device controls the liquid level by calculating flow control signals according to proportional integral control operation from a liquid level measuring signal and a liquid level setup signal within a tank through a control operation unit.
