THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE COMPOSITION FOR FOAMING WALL PAPER PREPARED USING POLYVINYLACETATE RESIN WIHTOUT HARMFUL COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing foamed wallpaper composition is provided to reduce the discharge of harmful materials from the prepared wallpaper by using an environment-friendly polyvinylacetate resin instead of conventional PVC resins. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly polyvinylacetate resin foamed wallpaper composition comprises the steps of: mixing a polyvinylacetate resin and acrylic acid binder to form a first mixture; impregnating zeolite and sericite powder to the first mixture and stirring the mixture to form a second mixture; adding pine extract to the second mixture to form a third mixture; aging the third mixture at a low temperature; mixing an flame retardant in the third mixture to form a fourth mixture; adding oxide ceramic-based magnetic nanopowder and a foaming agent to the fourth mixture; and aging the mixture at a low temperature.
