PURPOSE: An RC oscillator is provided to extend a use time by charging a battery in various portable devices once by reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A voltage converter(310) supplies an internal voltage by reducing a power voltage. A current mirroring unit(320) receives the internal voltage. The current mirroring unit supplies the constant current to a first node and a second node with different phases. A current charging and discharging unit(330) charges or discharges the current supplied to a first node and a second node. A voltage sensing and outputting unit(340) senses the voltage of the first node and the second node. The voltage sensing and outputting unit outputs the clock signal according to the sensed voltage. A pulse generator(350) generates the pulse signal in response to the clock signal. The current charge and discharge unit includes a connection switch electrically connecting the first node and the second node in response to the pulse signal.
