PURPOSE: A cooling device of test machine for memory module is provided to secure the reliability of the cold resistance inspection and eliminate the heat generated in the freezing resistance inspection. CONSTITUTION: The cooling vessel(20) adheres closely to one page of the thermoelement. The coolant storage vessel(50) is connected to the entrance and supplying pipe(60) of the cooling dome. The condenser(30) is connected to the exit and output pipe of the cooling dome. The vacuum pump(40) is connected to condenser and circulation pipe.
